Technological conversion and improvement consists of analyzing the educational content in an obsolete format (Adobe Flash, PowerPoint) and reconstructing it in modern formats (Html5+CSS3+Javascript, Responsive Design, Mobile Ready).
A redesign of the usability parameters is also implicit in the technological conversion process (layout and navigation) as well as the visual elements.
An extended version of this service also includes the content redesign from an instructional point of view so that the new content will fit the modern instructional requirement and also that the learners will benefit from the usability particularities of the mobile devices.

Along with the upgrade from Adobe Flash platform to the new technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 which ensure portability to mobile devices (tablets and smartphones), a considerable amount of e-Learning content can no longer be used in terms of the current requirements of the users.
Added educational value
The technological conversion of traditional materials into a digital format brings more value to the training process. It means more than a content transfer – it is an upgrade of what learning means. Conversion means the modern facet of teaching.

Case Study
e-Learning for “Mihai Viteazul” National Intelligence Academy
The old format ( .pdf and/or .ppt) could not fructify a rather great potential of didactical materials in Mihai Viteazul University. Thus, personnel training used to be done in a traditional way.
The need for a high quality and remote training required a shift to a digitalized educational system.
With the intense collaboration with teachers, we converted traditional educational materials into multimedia courses, using didactical strategies and enhancing them with didactical simulations and animations.
We meet the potential clients with a set of services that cover these requirements:
- partnership in projects aimed at adapting educational content from PC to mobile devices;
- redesign of instructional applications as per the mobile devices functional particularities;
- redesign of graphic elements and of navigation;
- enhancing the instructional potential by adding interactive activities that use hard/soft components specific to mobile devices: augmented reality, voice recognition, contextual simulation, education games.
