In this project, ALTFACTOR participated as a subcontractor for Siveco Romania.
The project involved an important logistic challenge regarding the remote work with the client. in a limited amount of time we realized over 350 multimedia resources for the students in middle schools, high school and schools of Arts and Crafts. The resources were developed in Russian and Kazakh languages.
The purpose of the project was to generate a switch in the teaching-learning process approach, a change that would ensure the transition from the classic Kazakh educational system to a computerized one.

ALTFACTOR exported its Romanian know-how regarding the e-learning design, in a context where Kazakh teachers had been familiarized with the classic educational system only.
We extended our area of expertise regarding the participation in international projects, in which different teams working together and understanding the cultural aspect were needed elements for success.
The interactive applications are practice oriented, based on real life examples, and are aimed at competencies gain.
